Day 2/45 : Progress
1.) Project Setup = Done
2.) Registration and Login for Buyer and Supplier = Done
3.) Creation of eSourcing Event: Ongoing! I am going with Single line events right now. My insight is people want to spend less admin time on esourcing. Hence, there is no point in replicating multiple lines and increasing cognitive workload. Let people work with Excel and upload the attachments as Bid. Enter the Final Price in the tool. That's how most of the capex purchase bidding is handled. So, Keeping it real and simple!
I think I'll be done in 2 more days in the RFx launch module. Guess what, I am adding my Supernegotiate Labs experiment to this one. No more choosing between RFP, RFQ, eRA, etc. Everything is combined!

Note: If you have no idea what I am talking about, Here is a TLDR summary for you:
1.) Supernegotiate is experimenting with one Hypothesis. Is it possible for a non-technical person to build a basic but fully functional esourcing system from scratch in less than 45 days? The assumption is Yes!
2.) This is the first time, you have the chance to shape the product by adding comments for the features you want. Drop it in the comment and I'll try to build it
3.) On March 12th, I'll demo the platform. The organizations that can support this initiative will get prioritized access!
4.) I plan to make this free for all Orgs excluding server costs.
