Update on Spend Analysis Challenge
Update on my Spend Analysis Challenge:
I am so excited about the Future of Procurement Spend Analysis. If I have to choose to buy only one tool in the whole Procurement Digitization suite, it will always be Spend Analysis (not esourcing, autonomous negotiation bots, contract management, or anything else).
There is so much potential in the Spend Analysis platform. In fact, it is only in the spend analysis domain that you can find "hard dollar" based cost-saving projects. The rest of the platform will only give you cost avoidance (which nobody cares about) or Productivity gains (which get filled up pretty quickly with other tasks, so the benefits erode.
But, here comes the issue. The current spend analysis providers are off track because they are busy chasing buzzwords to get their next renewal done. Most spend analysis solutions are fast progressing towards becoming irrelevant because their product roadmaps are easily replaceable by Chatgpt analysis options.
Hence, this workshop is because I think spend analysis requires use case expertise and not a dashboarding menace!
So, I just finished writing up the case study for my spend analysis challenge. I promise to make it interesting, and we will have so much fun doing this challenge.
I will launch the spend analysis case study on 07 May. You will have close to 3 weeks to submit your solutions, and then I will select 5 people to train them and make them spend analysis superstars.
p.s. This is not a sales pitch. In terms of money, this will cost you nothing. The dollar costs are on the house of Supernegotiate, but like last year's season 1, this will be time-intensive. So, consider your choices accordingly.
